On two consecutive days the hand sanitiser was completely empty. It is extremely difficult to get an appointment at this surgery which is extremely stressful. The new system of waiting for a doctor to call back to decide if I really need an appointment is absurd and a total waste of everybody's time. I work in an environment where I can not carry my mobile phone so had to take a full day off work to sit around waiting for a phone call! The doctors also don't seem to have enough time and you feel like you are being rushed out of the door.

The service provided was good enough, I did not observe, perceived as felt parts of the patient care that could be improved.

When a patient has multiple issues don't make her wait on multiple phone calls. Receptionists are defensive when patients complain was told if I didn't like it to go somewhere else. Horrible attitude.

Last week I reported no hand wash in dispenser outside waiting room down. Today 16/1/18 still no hand cleaner.

this surgery cannot even supply a prescription on time and when i informed them i was having gaps in a regular use medication i was told its tough and i had to wait like everyone else. i agree noone should be recieving medication late and human error needs to prevent the huge shorfall in patient care that is happening at this practice.
